We are currently recruiting for a CRM Manager to join our Marketing & Digital Team.

 

The ideal candidate:

*       3+ years’ experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.

*       You’ll have a strong track record of using multiple data sources to translate data into actionable customer insights to power business decision making.

*       Proactive, self-starter and a team player, and someone who is confident working in collaboration with stakeholders across the business to deliver results.

*       Strong understanding of customer behaviour and value drivers in retention models.

*       Confidence using email and marketing automation ESP platforms, on-site personalisation, as well as SMS and direct mail.

*       You’ll be analytical and have a process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

*       You’ll also have strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.

*       Creates effective plans, prioritises work, anticipates obstacles and monitors performance against the plan.

 

Main role responsibilities include:

*       Manage and develop a customer data analyst.

*       Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics for an omni-channel business to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.

*       Analysing customer data and reporting performance insights on our customers alongside recommend improvements to enhance retention and drive frequency.

*       Planning, managing and driving growth in our CRM base and customer data in an omni-channel environment.

*       Supporting the Marketing and Digital Director on strategic planning and budget decisions.

*       Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content.

*       Developing creative briefs and assigning to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.

*       Managing third party technology partners and driving a strategic roadmap for improvements and development of our technology to improve customer experience.

*       Assisting and advising on personalised targeting and content when required.

*       Leading and analysing A/B testing to optimise engagement.

*       Supporting operations on monitoring NPS and areas where we have customer feedback to improve this.

*       Monitoring competitor campaigns to inform and shape future strategy and tactics.
