The Role:

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Sitetech team in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a career in sales, with growth opportunities within a stable and respected company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and able to provide excellent service while optimising sales. You will work closely with our customers, helping them find the right products and solutions while contributing to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build effective relationships with customers to understand their needs, ensuring the correct products are supplied.
• Identify sales opportunities and offer advice, helping customers with tailored solutions that maximise sales and margin.
• Meet and exceed sales and margin targets.
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork for sales is accurately completed, in line with company policies.
• Communicate with suppliers when needed to resolve any issues.
• Maintain a tidy and organised workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
• Be vigilant about safeguarding company goods and property, ensuring security at all times.
• Perform additional duties as required by the company.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Previous experience in an office or builder's merchant environment is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets.
• A good knowledge of building material products is a strong advantage.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Strong IT literacy is required.

Contract Type:

• Permanent, Full-time (42-hour work week, Monday to Friday)
