120 Woodie’s Colleagues Graduate from Seeds for Success Programme

​Woodie’s has celebrated the graduation of 120 colleagues from its Seeds for Success (S4S) program, with the invaluable support of over 30 assessors.

This year has been a milestone, marking their most successful year in nearly a decade. Delivered in conjunction with Retail Ireland Skillsnet, Woodie’s Seeds for Success programme is an accredited on-the-job development programme that supports colleagues upskilling in key areas of modern retailing. In 2024, Woodie’s welcomed 28 new assessors, bringing the total number of assessors across all stores to 50. This expansion has allowed Woodie’s to reach even more colleagues and provide enhanced support. 167 colleagues completed their first module this year, while 77 colleagues continued their learning by progressing to further modules. In total, 244 colleagues completed Seeds for Success in 2024, a remarkable achievement that highlights the dedication and commitment of everyone involved.
