Principle Objective
Reporting to the Head of Innovation and Digital Transformation, the Digital Project Delivery Manager will play a key role in delivering digital transformation initiatives within the Chadwicks Group of companies, transforming customer experiences and business processes. The role focuses on effective project management, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting, while coordinating resources and timelines to meet targets. Additionally, it involves managing relationships with external digital agencies, ensuring security compliance, integrating with internal systems, and collaborating with design, QA, development, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Knowledge & Experience
- Track record of successful project management and delivery through a full lifecycle of development with multiple teams and technologies.
- Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results-oriented and customer focused business environment delivering multiple projects/releases concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science or a related field with digital / eCommerce experience an advantage.
- Management of 3rd party agencies an advantage. Knowledge of agile project development methodologies an advantage.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms both front-end and back-end (and specifically Magento) an advantage.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, DAM, CMS platforms an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate and manage meetings among various teams both internal and external and lead group discussions towards desired digital project outcomes.
- Collaborative personality and ability to work across departments (IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR and external agencies etc).
- Prepare effective written correspondence and present information in a group setting.
- Maintain proper lines of communication across project teams stakeholders and digital governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for delivery of digital solutions into production environments
- Managing the day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for digital project-related initiatives
- Coordinate resources, timelines and scope to attain project targets
- Delivery of continuous improvement programme and BAU maintenance requests across digital platforms
- Management of day-to-day relationship with external digital agencies
- Monitor and manage the delivery of all relevant security protocols relating to digital development
- Coordinate feature development that integrates with major internal systems such as the Accustar and Accupro ERP system
- Collaborate with design, QA, development and analytics resources for implementation and analysis of digital projects
- Manage and mitigate project risks through effective QA and testing
- Digital understanding and ability to quickly learn new business processes and systems
Essential Competencies
- Min 4 years project management experience

Contract Type
- Permanent – Hybrid (3 days office 2 days home)
- Full time 39-hour contract
- Working week Monday to Friday
