We have an opportunity for an experience HR Business Partner to join our HR team!

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

*             A qualified HR professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational HR role for a large multi-site business (preferably retail or similar)

*             Significant experience of dealing with complex HR Issues

*             Excellent communication skills with the ability to achieve buy-In from managers and colleagues

*             The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

*             Provide recruitment and ER support for your region

*         Contribute and support with all elements of HR strategy within the business.

*             Ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met In regards to People.

*             Working with Head of HR to develop and implement effective people Interventions to support all areas of the colleague life-cycle.

*             Developing sustainable relationships with colleagues & suppliers to achieve business goals

*             Collaborate with leaders in other functions to ensure we deliver our people objectives in all areas of the business.

*             Drive a strong culture across the business, supporting the creation of highly engaged and motivated teams, who understand their objectives and their role in achieving them

*             Liaise with L&D to develop colleague training initiatives as needed

*             Challenge, review, evaluate and update existing internal controls & procedures

*             Ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed and improve processes and policies where needed

*             Support on Employee Relations Issues

*             Support the delivery of the HR Business Plan on an annual basis, Including supporting ad-hoc projects & Initiatives
